If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating the impact of past experiences, or noticing patterns in your relationships that don’t make sense, it can feel exhausting and isolating. At times, you may feel barely able to cope, while other times you may appear fine on the outside, with something underneath that feels heavy, confusing, or hard to name.
I offer a steady, supportive space where you don’t have to hold everything on your own. My work focuses on creating an environment where you feel genuinely heard and where safety is not just talked about, but felt. From there, we can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing and gently work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Registered Social Worker (RSW), and I primarily work with trauma, anxiety, and relational concerns. My approach is integrative, drawing from systemic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives. I also incorporate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and somatic work. This allows us to explore both what’s happening on the surface and what may be shaping things more deeply, so that patterns begin to shift rather than simply being managed.
Our work together may involve understanding how your past experiences continue to show up in the present, exploring emotional and relational patterns, and building a greater sense of stability, clarity, and self-trust. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you—your pace, your goals, and what feels most important to focus on.
For those who desire it, faith and spirituality can also be integrated into our work in a way that feels respectful and aligned with your comfort level. This is always led by you.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy trying new recipes with my family, spending time outdoors, and slowing down to appreciate music.
